Leisure

Walking is a popular activity around Bramley, with a number of pubs in
neighbouring villages within a 5 mile radius providing useful stops for refreshment.
The old station, with ample free car parking in Station Road makes a suitable starting point for walkers and cyclists as it is situated on the Downslink which utilises much of the disused railway track to form a bridleway from Guildford through to Shoreham, 32 miles away, on the south coast.

Walking in Surrey Is an excellent web site with more than 50 FREE Surrey walks to download, details of books, maps and walking groups in the county.

In 2005 the Parish Council completed a
two year project to refurbish the old station,
and to return it to its former glory.
