Children's Library
We had a visit from childrens' author Elaine Slade in March. Elaine's books are about the magical world of a dog named Charley Farley. The children happily listened to the stories and then had a craft session where they produced beautiful face masks and boats. Photographs on our Facebook page.
Summer Reading Challenge
We are excited to announce that our Summer Reading challenge will also take place again this year under the title Marvellous Makes, look out for further details at the library
Future Events
Storytime
There will be a Storytime and Easter Crafts at the library on Thursday 11th April , 10.30 - 12.00 pm. This is suitable for 4-8 year olds, siblings welcome. Please sign up at the library or on our Facebook page.
Bramley Fete
Bramley Library will again be running the book stall this year and any donations of books in good clean condition will be gratefully accepted during April. Please visit the library for further information.
Regular activities
Rhymetime
Takes place every Friday morning 11.00 - 11.30. This is for the younger children and adults.
Bramley Knitwits
Every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 13.00 - 15.00 if you can knit, crochet , sew or any other craft please come along and meet this friendly group.
NHS Hearing Aid Clinic
Takes place every 2nd Tuesday of the month, 10.30 - 12.00.

Library Meeting Room
Are you looking for a meeting room for a regular activity or perhaps a one-off celebration? If so, the meeting room at our village library may suit you. It has hosted yoga, mahjong, music and mindfulness classes, reading groups, authors' visits and private parties. It is fully accessible with its own entrance, has free wifi and basic kitchen facilities. Tables and 24 chairs are available.
The cost is extremely competitive at £10/hour. To view the room just pop into the library (when it is open) and ask the volunteer on duty to show you the area. Bookings are made through the Parish Council, contact the Parish Clerk at [email protected]
